Congrats, you already completed the hardest part...committing. Getting started is often the most challenging part, but not here on DLB Daily. All of the information you need to crush your goals, along with your new best friend, ME, and your support group are all here!
In the first round of Shredded Summer we saw tons of you guys and gals putting in crazy amounts of work. Not only on yourself but also helping out one another. The community, sorry, the family that we built has been awesome. So many of you had such amazing progress that it was hard to narrow it down to just one! Since it was so hard, I've decided to make it a little easier we'll just give away more prizes!
THE BIG KEYS.
• CONSISTENCY | My training, diet, cardio and supplements have changed many times throughout the last 15+ years of my career. The biggest variable that has always stayed the same, and also led me to the physique I can consistently maintain year round, is CONSISTENCY. Regardless of all other factors, training (and training hard) has always been the #1 piece of my puzzle that has kept me rooted. Over the next 6 weeks we are working toward developing habits and anchors for you and this lifestyle that will live long beyond the 6 weeks of the challenge.
• ACCOUNTABILITY | Who is in your support group? I'll start by telling you I AM! A big part of the DLB Daily is the family we've built here. The Facebook Group is used to connect, share stories, ask questions and motivate one another. On top of that you should let people know you're doing this challenge. You may be surprised on the impact you can have in your circle. Also, do not be afraid to ask others around you to hold you accountable.
