  •  5 x 10-12

    3. SS* Static HOLD Lateral Raise / DB Around the World

    •  5 x 20 (10 each)
    •  5 x 10-12

    4.  SS* Single Arm Rear DELT-ROW / Single Arm DB Rear Delt partial Flys

    •  5 x 10-12
    •  5 x 12-15

    5. SS* Single Arm DB Lateral Raise / Single Arm DB overhead press
