I’d be lying if I said I loved training arms, but if you want some sculpted gunz then here is the workout for you. I like to train them with high intensity, very similar to the rest of my upper body. We are doing a ton of volume in a short amount of time, so be ready for a massive skin exploding pump. I personally do not train my arms super heavy and prefer to do more reps than more weight. Similar to more toning and separating aspects than putting on size. Giant Sets are one of my favorite ways to train arms because no matter what, you are not going to be able to bend your arms afterward.
After we are done with our arms, we are going to continue the same style of workout for our abs. And I’ll let you know ahead of time, my abs are kind of weak and I seriously struggle on the Floor Crunch, which I thought would have been a piece of cake. I go over some myths about AB training and spot reduction. You probably already know the answer, but sometimes it needs to be drilled in your head.

1. BI GIANT SET : 4 rounds 10-12 for each exercise

Reverse Grip Cable Curl
Reverse Grip Pulldown (with bicep emphasis)
2. TRI GIANT SET : 4 rounds 10-12 for each exercise
EZ Bar Skull Crush
EZ Close Grip Press (use same bar and weight as skull crush)
Overhead Rope Cable Extension
3. AB GIANT SET : 4 rounds 20 for each exercise
Hanging Leg Raise
Kneeling Cable Crunch
Heel Touches (10 each side =20)
