The rules are simple:

2. Sign up for the Shredded Summer challenge below and submit your before photos.
3. Follow the DLB Daily workout program (limited equipment & @ home options available) and your own diet over the course of 6 weeks (Challenge starts May 17th and ends June 28th).
Submissions will remain open until 5-24-21
4. Submit your after photos at the end of the challenge.

What's included with a membership?
You will have access into my ACTUAL daily training. These will be my exact workouts that I am doing, with exercises, sets, reps & notes. Workouts will be updated weekly every Sunday at 7-8pm MST. It's like having me as your personal trainer right at your fingertips!

I wanted to start this site to build a community where everyone feels welcomed. My workouts aren't just for girls or guys, they aren't just for bodybuilders or powerlifters, they are for everyone. Anyone who is an active DLB Daily member that signs up for the challenge can win. Challenge is open to participants world wide.
The actual challenge starts May 17th, 2021 and ends June 28th, 2021 totaling 6 weeks.
Signups for the challenge begin May 10th, 2021 and end May 24th, 2021 at 10PM EST. Please note that if you sign up after the challenge start date on May 17th, you will still submit your after photos on June 28th. Your transformation will be judged off your before pictures submitted upon signup, and your after pictures submitted on the challenge end date of June 28th. This means you can still enter the challenge up to an additional week after the start date, but you will be judged on a shorter transformation period.
ONE winner will be picked to receive a $10,000 cash prize.
Winners will be announced between the dates of July 5th and July 15th, 2021 at the digression of Dana Linn Bailey and the DLB Daily team.
We work closely with a Registered Dietitian to bring accurate and sustainable nutrition guides and information to all our members. We understand that nutrition is not a one size fits all approach, and therefore a cookie cutter meal plan is far from ideal. Our nutritional guides and info are here to help you create your own meal plan based on your goals and needs in a way that is healthy, sustainable, and realistic. Plus, we have a member submitted recipe section to get ideas for healthy meals, whether you're plant based, keto, mediterranean, or anything in between. Upon joining the challenge, it is up to YOU to follow your own diet. Our information is only to be used as a guide.
