No pressure, don't be paralyzed by how far you have fallen off... just focus on enjoying training again. Remember what it's like to disappear into the gym and forget about all the bullshit. Feed off the people around you. Surround yourself with next level people. People that amaze you. People that will do five more fucking reps when they might think they are done.... but trust you to keep going. Cut the bullshit out of your life. I only run with monsters.
