I also like both “cardio” programs, LISS and HIIT, but I’ve heard conflicting “reports” on these two. You discussed one, the “after burn” effect of HIIT, the other is that LISS causes we “elderly” (50 and older) to hold onto fat and that HIIT increases HGH and Testosterone. I watched a video with Lee Labrada and “Dr. Dan” discussing these types of cardio. The conclusion of the discussion was that LISS is what weight lifters should do because weight lifting is a kind of HIIT already. Your view on this? By the way, you and Brooke together are “murder” (in a good way), both in your workouts and your personalities.
