I missed 215, 9 days out from my meet. Trying to stay positive and not get frustrated. All of this is very new to me and it's a constant learning process. To cope with the frustration I hit some bodybuilder moves, knowing it would lift up my mood. All that's left is to go through the motions and follow the remainder of my training. I should have gotten this weight easily, but I'm just happy to have support around me and knowing that things still don’t change whether I’m on a professional bodybuilding stage or a Powerlifting platform.
