3.5oz Tempeh
6-8 Brussel Sprouts (12-16 halves)

How do you train that much and only eat 1500-1600 cal! No wonder why i don’t have abs 🤣🤣🤣

Love seeing this Dana! I feel like I must be way higher on my calories then I should be. Do you average 1500-1600 a day usually like this?

Would love to see a video on your average weekly cardio routine, please🙏 I want to make sure I am doing enough but time can be an issue and I hate to sacrifice weights for cardio. Thanks for all the amazing content!

Just wondering if you actually log, weigh and track every day or if it was just for this video?
I cant believe how you can train so hard and maintain your muscle on such few calories ha ha.

How does your meal timing correspond to your workouts? How much time between your last meal and bed? I’ve been playing around with timing of food/workouts and I felt better when I ate later vs first thing in the morning, but I worry about how much I’m eating very late in the evening. Enjoy your posts and sympathize with what you are going through. I have similar issues! Keep on being you!
