Dumbbell hammer curls - 6 x 10-12

 Compound Set #2: 
Close grip bench press - 5 x 10
Body weight dips - 5 x failure 

 DTP Superset #1:    50-40-30-20-10
EZ bar curls
EZ bar skull crushers

 DTP Superset #2:   10-20-30-40-50
Rope tricep extensions
Straight bar cable curls
