2. SS* DB High Pull / Bent-over Dual DB Low Row (pull to hip)
NOTE: High Pull, similar to an upright row, except at the top the weight will be higher than your elbow. In an upright row, your elbows are higher then the weight. For the Bentover Low Row, elbows come back and you are pulling towards your hip crease.
