1. SS* Wide Grip Pull-up (with band) / Band Straight Pulldown / Band Rows

  •  4 x 10-12
  •  4 x 12-15
  •  4 x 12-15

2. SS* DB High Pull / Bent-over Dual DB Low Row (pull to hip) 

  •  4 x 10-12
  •  4 x 10-12

NOTE: High Pull, similar to an upright row, except at the top the weight will be higher than your elbow.  In an upright row, your elbows are higher then the weight. For the Bentover Low Row, elbows come back and you are pulling towards your hip crease.

3. TS* Neutral Grip Pull-up / Invert Bodyweight Row (underhand and close grip)

  •  4 x 10-12
  •  4 x 10-12

4. SS* Alternating Seated Bentover DB reverse fly and wide Row / Band Pull Aparts

  •  4 x 10 (1 rep is fly and row)
  •  4 x 12

5. Gorilla Row

  •  3 x 10 each arm

First let me say… You are pure FIRE!!!! Girl Crush! If I were 20 years or even 10 years younger, my upper body s would be massive like yours, but I will settle on my 49 year old middle gains. LOL Keep inspiring & making these killer workouts. BTW.. my gym is open! LOL FINALLY!!

My gym is still closed. But I discovered I can use my clothesline frame as a pull-up bar and finally got ahold of a couple sets of dumbbells so had a great time doing this workout today!

With the gyms still being closed in Ohio, this has been sort of a blessing. I would go to the gym everyday and run miles on the treadmill. I would use the machines to lift, not really knowing how to use them. Being a DLB member has and is really educating me on the db workouts and I am seeing a bigger difference now then when I was going to the gym. I love love your workouts! Thank you for sharing!

My gym is still closed 😩I enjoyed this workout I wish I would have seen the video before I did the work out as of mine looked a lot differs than yours but that’s ok next time I will know 😄 thanks for the awesome DB workouts.

Love your workouts! I am a DLB Daily member. Gyms are still closed in Ohio, but luckily I have a gym in my basement. I have a squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells and a bunch of other fun toys! I have enjoyed mixing it up!
