4 Min TABATA: 20sec ON 10sec OFF

  •  Wide to Narrow Jumping Push-ups
  •  Hollow Body Rocks

NOTE: You are going non-stop for 4 mins straight. First 20 sec is alternating Wide to Narrow Push-Ups, then 10 sec off, basically to get ready for the next 20 seconds which is hollow body rocks.  Go fro 20, then off for 10 then back to push-ups.

UPPER BODY CIRCUIT 1: 3 ROUNDS x 12 EACH

  • Divebomber Push-ups
  • Superman T Raises
  • Plank Extensions + pushup
  • Sprinter Sit-Up
  • Push-Up Push Back
  • Tiger Bend Elbow Push-Up

90 sec rest between each round

That was the BEST makeup tutorial EVER! So relatable, thats 100% me doing my makeup. Especially the eye shadow brush thing I mean who the hell knows what goes where right?! Anyway It did the trick in my book!
