Hanging Leg Lift or Knee Tuck or Single Leg lift 

Ab Wheel Roll Out (no arch)

Go for two rounds (2 minutes total) and then 60-90 sec REST

SUPERSET 2:

TRX Pike + Knee Tuck

TRX Mountain Climber

Go for two rounds (2 minutes total) and then 60-90 sec REST


SUPERSET 3:

Dragon Flag Leg Switch

Plank Arm Extensions

Go for two rounds (2 minutes total) and then you’re done.
