Down to single digits... 9 days out! Today was the heaviest of the bench days before Nationals. Wasn't the best day, but also wasn't the worst day. All the work has been done so now its time to just rest up and be ready for next Thursday.
10 days out from my second Powerlifting meet, which just so happens to be Raw Nationals 2017 :) . This workout was my heaviest squat day leading into the meet...
So this is a sample of my #powerbuilding workout. I always start with my powerlifting work and depending on that I will add in some accessory work that goes with my big lifts that day.
